The RFM operatives will carry out ongoing inspections of communal areas, they will also make notes from a health and safety perspective. They will check there are no obstructions to fire escape routes, deal with un-authorised build up of flammable materials, check signage, report abandoned vehicles, forward any concerns to property manager and client's health and safety officer.
