Our Roving Facility Maintenance Services cover block cleaning, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, site inspections and free minor repairs and maintenance for properties in London. Minor communal repairs and maintenance work are undertaken at no added labour charge, except for the cost of materials plus 15% of the material cost as our administration fee.

We have developed a robust web based RFM system. Through this system, residents and property managers are able to monitor and feed into the estate services.
