Communal windows will generally be cleaned on a quarterly basis. If there are areas where the windows need to be cleaned more regularly then this will be done by mutual agreement.
Windows are cleaned by hand or by using a reach and wash system with filtered water.
We require an accessible clean water supply. The water fed reach and wash system can reach up to 50 feet (approximate 4 – 5 floors height).
